Ready! Set! Rescue! is a fun, hands-on safety event at Camp iti Kana in Wiggins designed especially for Girl Scout Daisies and Brownies! Girls will learn important first aid and emergency-preparedness skills through age-appropriate activities, including Prepare with Pedro the Penguin, exploring a first aid kit, practicing how and when to call 911, and learning what to do when someone needs help.
Daisies will work toward earning the Daisy Safety Award Pin, while Brownies will work toward earning their Brownie First Aid Badge. Girls will leave feeling more prepared, confident, and ready to help in an emergency!
Check-in starts at 9:00 a.m. Closed-toe shoes are required at camp. Please do not wear flip-flops or slides. This is a member event; no tagalongs. However, non-member adult chaperones are welcome. An adult must accompany the girls, and troops should maintain the appropriate ratio of girls to adults.
