Counselors-in-Training (CITs) shadow camp staff and hone their skills as mentors. CIT I introduces you to the basics of being a camp leader. You'll learn how to support younger campers, assist with simple activities, and practice foundational leadership skills while shadowing experienced counselors. CIT II builds on everything learned in CIT I. You'll take on more responsibility by planning and leading activities, practicing realworld problemsolving, and developing the confidence and skills needed for future counselor staff roles. Girls Scouts must have completed CIT1 to be eligible for CIT2.  Training is mandatory. Girls can select from the following training sessions: March 27-28 at Camp Iti Kana or April 10-11 at Camp Wahi.

Girls registering as CIT1s will attend one week of camp and those registering as CIT2s will attend 2 weeks.  Week selection are made at training.
