GIRL SCOUTS HONOR LOCAL WOMEN AS "WOMEN OF DISTINCTION"

The Girl Scouts premier fundraising event, Women of Distinction, was  held Thursday, September 20th, 2018 at the Westin Hotel, 407 South Congress in downtown Jackson. The event included a reception featuring a Silent Auction and live music by Kerry Thomas, along with a dinner and induction ceremony. The mistresses of ceremony were Pamela Confer, VP Nissan North America, and Megan West, Anchor WAPT- ABC 16.

Our Laureates are women whose personal and professional accomplishments make them positive role models to inspire girls to achieve their own goals and dreams. They exemplify the Girl Scout Promise and Law through their commitment to making a difference in our community. The 2018 Women of Distinction are:
